Susan G Komen 3 Day for the Cure
Sharelooms founder is a three time walker of the 3-Day.
In 2011, Sharelooms Founder, Heather, participated in her first Susan G. Komen 3 Day with her cousin Jessica. It was an amazing and emotional experience completing such a monumental walk to do our part to end breast cancer. We met and heard lots of inspirational stories from breast cancer survivors. The event was very well organized and we would recommend it to anyone. Since then her cousin lost her Mom to breast cancer and Heather lost her dear Aunt. Heather also lost her Dad to Cancer so this cause is near and dear to her heart.
Here is a fun video of their 2011 Washington D.C. Susan G Komen 3 Experience.

Tsunami Photo Restoration
Sharelooms was proud to volunteer our photo restorations skills help the All Hands Volunteers Photo Rescue Efforts. Photos are a families most prized possession and unfortunately when natural disasters like a tsunami hit, there is not enough time to save them. The All Hands Photo Rescue effort worked with families hit by the tsunami to clean and restore their photos. For some families these restored photos were all that they had left of their family.
